Every time I've visited this Dunkin' location, I've encountered the same woman serving me, and each experience has been quite unpleasant. I always order the same thing: a black iced coffee without ice. The first time, she yelled at me after handing me the wrong order, insisting that I didn’t specify "no cream" to make it black. On my second visit, she claimed my card was declining, but when I contacted my bank, they informed me that there hadn't been an attempted transaction. We recently watched the Dunkin' commercial during last week's Super Bowl, and this was our first visit to a Dunkin' since then. The ad certainly grabs your attention, featuring JLo, Ben Affleck, and a boy band lineup of Tom Brady, Jack Harlow, Fat Joe, and Matt Damon! As New Englanders, our expectations for a Dunkin' stop were met, and the experience lived up to the hype from the TV ad! Our long-time favorite has always been the munchkins; they perfectly satisfy our donut cravings in bite-sized pieces. And of course, we can't forget about their coffee—it’s great too!
This was a speedy transaction. They get you in and out with no effort. It was my first time stopping in, and I was very impressed. It's clean. There's a Kios if you don't want to deal with the cashier. Everyone politely had a smile on their face.
Picked up a couple of hot coffees. Asked for Splenda and was handed 2, when I asked for more he said he was busy. No condiments are left out. Anything you want has to be handed to you from behind the counter.

I mean it's hard to mess up dunkin coffee and donuts since it's a chain store but man the staff here clearly needs a review in customer service.
