The worst Dunkin donuts ever is on dolson ave. They do not put sugar on the coffees, the latte are horrible and no sugar. They mess up every order and after they said they will replace all the order next time we visit but they did not. We spend over $30.00 on this order. The drive thru is a long waiting line. They do not clean the coffee pots and the coffee taste horrible. The manager Vivian needs to learn manners. Today they gave us two different order. Never again. They need to get new people. No bathrooms available for clients.
Would rate negative starts, whoever puts 5 stars was definitely an employee because no human being walks out of there and thinks to write a 5 star review. All children behind the counter with attitudes it’s ridiculous. Had a big order for my family and the child comes and throws the food on the counter and as she is doing so says “this order is so extra” with the most attitude like no one told you to fill out papers to work there!!! For the new Dunkin being built they need to ensure not one of them is working there!!!
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, the coffee always taste old and burnt. And they always mess up my ordrsI have to get A ride there to get coffee and when I tell them they messed up my order they never want to do anything to rectify their mistakes manager very unfriendly and rude this is not not the way customer service is supposed to be. These workers need classes on how to work professionally
Order 4 Boston cream donuts they put them in bag by the time I got home the icings all stuck together couldn't get them out of bag. For $6.00 in donuts some needs to teach them how to pack them . What a mess. I was really excited about eating them until I opened the bag. Not a happy customer.
