I had a negative experience where the front desk employee working on 10 th of November 9 am , women and a guy was rude when I asked for missing items in the order, and they don’t want pack your order properly. When I addressed the issue, he became aggressive, making me concerned for my safety.These days, it seems like everyone is focused on making money, often overlooking the importance of humanity and compassion.

Be very careful when you go inside. The male employee working on Monday morning, October 30, 2023 started a very loud fight with a door dash employee because she filed a complaint that he swore and yelled at her during her previous visit. She fled the store. When he approached me at the counter he began to swear at me and yell. It's clear that he has a great deal of anger. I asked him to stop cursing and I finished my transaction, wished him good luck and fled to the sound of his laughter ? and curses. I'm just happy there were no children present. I will never enter that dangerous environment again.

Rude angry employee. When I ask for the $3 dollar egg and cheese. he said that not the price. while ripping me appartBait and switch on prices. Menu on overhead large display gives phony prices. It Says in large green picture $1 for donut or $3 for egg and cheese sandwich. In unreadable writing it says you have to buy a full price coffe to get that price. True american con job. Shame on them. check it out for yourself.

This store is my favorite Dunkin store so now I only come to this one . Elida and Ronni and Erick and others always treat me well. They are all friendly , try very hard to please , and are all super nice. This store is clean and roomy enough to enjoy your food if you choose to stay and I highly recommend this store to anyone. All of the people, especially Elida, go beyond to provide excellent service. Réservez une table maintenant

Unbelievable experience. It’s one thing to have a bad day, it’s another to completely ignore a customer when they’re speaking to you. I had to ask the same question 3 times and still didn’t receive an answer. Never again.
