Dunkin' - Réserver une table

I went in and asked for a coffee with cream and sugar and she handed me the drink with no cream and sugar and I asked “could I have the cream and sugar I asked for in that coffee please?” And she snatched the cup off of the counter and kind of rolled her eyes at me and didn’t say anything and then when she was done putting the cream and sugar in it she slammed the cup on the counter and didn’t say anything again. Very rude customer service. The girl had blue and black hair…. She needs to either learn how to deal with customers or she should find another job that doesn’t Involve people.

2 staff 1st was indifferent to correcting customer order , 2nd was pleasent and offered a way to correct. Ordered 2 bagels with butter n cream cheese , received bagels butter on 1 side cream cheese on other side when asked to put cream cheese in both sides she stated they could not do that and cross contaminate butter knife?! 2nd staff gave us a to go of cream cheese so we could fix ourselves?! What nonsense Miss Wednesday might want to take a customer service class. Surprising for the area tbh

Worst Dunkingas statio I been to????. The service was so bad I wasn't even looked at for 10 straight minutes with the employees walking by me. Then 10 minutes late guy said sorry be there inna minute. Another 20 minutes. All I wanted was a

Waited 20 minutes for a untoasted bagel while others came in and out. 19 minutes in was told there’s no cream cheese. Not to mention every worker seems non personable and annoyed to serve you. Very sad location.

Food often has issues, and it often takes a long time for orders to be ready. I order ahead 5-10 minutes before I get there, and still end up waiting 5-10 minutes when I get there.

Literally takes them 10 minutes to make a drink and a sandwich (sometimes even just a drink! Why place mobile orders if it’s not ready when I get there? SMH…

Dietary restrictions: I ordered the hash brown bites with a side of bacon. It was so yummy! Loved the bacon it reminded me of candied bacon, very sweet.

Love it here! Employees are so nice and helpful. Usually stop in on my way to work and get a donut and iced coffee! So delicious !
