I ordered this morning for delivery from this store through Uber Eats. The order came to over $60.00. It was delivered in a timely manner but half the order was missing. I tried to reorder the missing items, but the delivery fees came to almost more than the missing items. Consequently, I just called Uber and got a refund. This seems to happen every time I order thru delivery services rather than restaurants that have their own delivery employees. There are always items missing. The most frustrating thing is that this store did not include a sales slip or provide a phone number anywhere—on line etc. All of the other Dunkin Donuts provide telephone numbers in their websites. I wanted to call...
Dunkin is supposed to seal food for transportation and delivery. Not only does this location not have a phone number they have repeatedly left drinks without any seals for spillage, or protections that drivers won’t drink the drinks. While it may seem unreasonable to think they would need to do this I picked Dunkin as they are provided with sealed bags for this purpose for deliveries and customer confidence about the safety of their food.
I ordered two dishes from Snack-Bacon and they were both served cold, not even room temperature. Just for comparison, I had ordered the speck before and it was hot and sizzling. When I received my drink with cold foam, it was only three-quarters full and missing the foam. Additionally, I witnessed the server touch the drink with his fingers, which was unappetizing.
I went to the drive through with my residents in the car to get two separate orders and I was told that I can’t get separate orders at the drive-through and that I of to go around and come back and placed the second order. Sorry this location is not customer or special needs friendly????????

I have visited this restaurant four times and each time my order has been incorrect. Today, I ordered their avocado toast with speck and was disappointed to find that there was no speck. Additionally, there is no phone number available to contact them. I will not be returning.
The restaurant frequently closes the front of the store, making it difficult for me to pick up the order I placed.
