As my wife and I were leaving, one of the staff shouted "thanks for the tip," which just confirmed my choice not to leave one, given the lackluster service during our brief visit. You have a limited time to make a positive impression and earn a tip, so it's important to take advantage of that opportunity. A friendly greeting when we walked in, answering our questions without a snarky tone, and ending with a polite thank-you or wishing us a great day would go a long way—these are the basics of good customer service.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this restaurant. Despite a long line, they had more than enough staff on hand. The team was young, friendly, and efficient. The staff working that morning were incredibly polite and quite lovely (I just had to mention that). The girl who served me was excellent, and the coffee was the best I’ve ever had. I had never visited before, but I will certainly be returning. The prices were surprisingly reasonable too—I usually pay $2 more for a donut everywhere else! Thank you for everything, and I hope to see you again soon!
I am a regular customer there me and my wife we spend a average 100 dollars a week the hot coffee I got at noon today suck bad if I was not already home I would of took it back thank for ruining my

Forgot to order a cup of ice with our coffees. Lady said to get back in line and reorder then walked away. Terrible service!
My iced latte was mostly milk and there were blonde hair strands on all of our cups, so I likely won't visit here again.
