The employees are friendly, and do what they can with what they have to work with. However, the Bartow location, as large as it is, never seems to keep inventory stocked, and their ovens seem to go down OFTEN, so hot foods can’t be made. Same goes for their order screen for when customers place orders via the Dunkin app (only shows their coffee orders, and even then, the drinks aren’t made correctly. Cold sweet foam is often forgotten
We ate outside behind the store at table and seats. We had our cat with us, our camper got service and we live in it. Very practical. Coffee was fresh, sandwiches were hot. Only salt was lumpy. Must go through and get rid of some must have gotten wet at some point. Otherwise excellent experience.
