This restaurant is extremely slow. A 30-second trip often takes 15 minutes. When there are female staff working, the service is efficient. However, those days are rare. They have a sign on the door requesting masks, but the employees do not wear them. It may be better to go to Starbucks instead.
The cashier was completely clueless about the menu and ended up overcharging me for my order. It was a terrible experience! I will not be returning to this restaurant. 0/10 rating.
They are always so kind and patient as my son always likes to pick out and pay for our food. 4 stars because I wish this location had a drive through. Love our local dunkin!

These dummies served me cold donuts at 635am never going their again. The response they gave me almost made my nose bleed.
