Dunkin' - Réserver une table

The customer service here (if you can even call it that) is just insulting. I 'm not a regular Dunkin ' patron, but occasionally stop by to grab a coffee or a gift card. Indifferent would be far too generous to describe the service at this store, and every experience I 've had at this location has ranged from unpleasant to uncomfortable. The cashiers, etc., barely even look at you, never EVER say thanks (much less smile), don 't bother to confirm orders verbally, and last time I ordered at the drive through (needed a last minute gift card for a teacher) didn 't even say anything at all, practically tossing the item through my car window and turning their backs before I could even thank them...

I’m so sad I have to write this because I usually have great experiences here, but this morning when I got my coffee through the drive thru it didn’t taste like it had enough creamer. So I went inside and asked for more. The facial expression I received made me feel like they thought I was crazy. They took my coffee back and brought it out to me a few moments later, looking no different. They lightly shook it up (since i had the lid) and there was zero evidence that more creamer was added. When I said it still didn’t taste right, they said “well we put it in there”. So i left. Obviously my satisfaction wasn’t priority rather an inconvenience.

I cannot emphasize enough how horrendous my experience was at this Dunkin' Donuts. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not even remotely a priority. The food they served was stale and tasteless, and don't even get me started on the coffee—it was like drinking liquid disappointment. What's worse is the complete lack of respect shown by the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and downright hostile. It's as if they take pleasure in treating customers poorly. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this Dunkin' Donuts at all costs. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

If I could give them a rating lower than zero stars, I definitely would! This Dunkin' Donuts establishment deserves nothing but contempt for their atrocious treatment of customers. They serve rotten food, awful-tasting coffee, and have the nerve to instruct customers to heat their own coffee because they can't bother to serve it hot. This place is a nightmare! Avoid it at all costs; they belittle customers, shout at them, and their service is abysmal. Do not even consider bringing your family here—it's a terrible experience all around!

When I ordered a large ice matcha late with less ice, they don't do what I want. Also the cups have a limit line for the ice, and they pass that line. I don't pay for ice, I want to paid to drink matcha.
