The staff is rude and not as welcoming as other Dunkin Donuts. I often frequent this location but after today this will be my last time. Today I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit with green tea. The person making the drinks made the wrong drink. after three mins past and seeing others that came in after me receiving their drinks I decided to ask how long will it be before I get my drink? The employee states your drink is right there . My reply was well that's not what I ordered. Her and the cashier exchanged words which she found out that it was the error of the cashier. Terrible customer service. I ordered through the app on Wednesday for the free doughnut if you order a drink. I ordered two drinks and was not given the doughnut. Contacted customer service to make it right and it was not corrected.

Quick service but no greetings, smile or thank you. Ordered cold brew but have doubts that it is cold coffee , not the cold brew since it has bitter taste. Giving the benefit of doubt to an average score.
