On Friday morning, I ordered coffee at Inspire Brands. The first cashier seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than taking my order. When I finally got to the window, the cashier attempted to scan my app through the closed window. After I complained, he opened the window but continued to laugh and chat with his coworkers, disregarding my order. This is the third time I've encountered this kind of service at this Dunkin Donuts franchise. The owner should pay attention to this behavior and focus on improving customer service. Thank you.
The service was seriously disappointing. I prefer the Laurel Bowie location, as the staff there are much more professional. The young man at the microphone by the window was extremely rude and didn't offer any solutions regarding my mobile order. They wasted my time, and when I asked for the manager's contact information to file a complaint, they didn't provide it. My concerns seemed to fall on deaf ears, as I requested to be contacted but never heard back. I will make the effort to visit the other location from now on.

The donits are very fresh! My 1st visit my Caramal Iced coffee was perfect. My 2nd visit my order was mixed for hot coffee (not what was originally ordered). It was teplace and than was too sweet. May have been an off day for somebody...I get it, butit was one of my free Perks of free coffee!! ??????????
The mangonadas were not good at all! These aren’t authentic mangonadas, folks! Don’t be misled into thinking this is how they’re supposed to taste. I recommend finding a true, authentic place because this is quite disappointing!
The donuts and ice cream cones were stale, and the ice cream had a burnt taste from being frozen. I was very disappointed since this isn't my first time visiting.
Inspire Brands offers excellent coffee, a well-staffed environment, and is a fantastic place to start your day with their diverse menu.
