Dunkin Donuts - Réservation de table

I have been reluctantly going to this restaurant for years because it used to be the only quick breakfast and coffee option on the way to my kids' school. However, I am extremely disappointed by the recent changes. The line is now blocking traffic on Main Street, the employees are rude and incompetent, the lobby is always closed, and my orders are consistently wrong and missing items. I have been ordering the same thing for two years, but my orders are frequently incorrect. When I complain, they refuse to give me a refund because I ordered through the app. I have spoken to the manager multiple times and was promised a resolution and refund, but I am still waiting. The food is good, but the service is the worst I have ever experienced. It is consistently bad every time I visit. I have waited for less than 20 minutes in the drive-thru and they still manage to mess up my order. It is frustrating and disappointing.

nothing wrong if you like dunkin for coffee.... only one that prefers it. wawa above all. so, my opinion after dunkin is 3 stars coffee and wawa is 5 stars coffee. So the best class I will give to every dunkin in the whole world are 3 stars.

Worst Dunkin ever. Literally a block away and I'll DRIVE to a different location before I go back to this one. Ordered food on 3 separate ocassions and it was cold/frozen(sausage). The drinks are never correct either. Réservez une table maintenant

I don’t know what’s happening to Dunkin’ Donuts, but for the past months they have been messing up my orders. They barley have workers. All the time when I get an egg and cheese bagel it’s always cold.

I'm at dunkin several times a day, they know my order. Mostly good service, occasionally I am not thrilled with my coffee but I guess everyone has an off day sometimes
