I have been reluctantly going to this restaurant for years because it used to be the only quick breakfast and coffee option on the way to my kids' school. However, I am extremely disappointed by the recent changes. The line is now blocking traffic on Main Street, the employees are rude and incompetent, the lobby is always closed, and my orders are consistently wrong and missing items. I have been ordering the same thing for two years, but my orders are frequently incorrect. When I complain, they refuse to give me a refund because I ordered through the app. I have spoken to the manager multiple times and was promised a resolution and refund, but I am still waiting. This is the SLOWEST Dunkin Donuts EVER. I?ve been here multiple times. I come back with the thought, maybe their just having a day. But it?s been every time. No sense of urgency. I think the two times I?ve used the drive THRU for a cup of coffee I waswaiting 20 minutes. They have adequate amount of staff but I just think they come to work at their own pace and leisure and notthe demands of the customers. I get it, we?re not machines I don?t expect that but they could work on customer service andtheir processing times
Worst Dunkin ever. Literally a block away and I'll DRIVE to a different location before I go back to this one. Ordered food on 3 separate ocassions and it was cold/frozen(sausage). The drinks are never correct either.
