I went to this Dunkin today and from the start it did not seem right. Three employees were standing at the door talking and doing something with the door. When my pregnant wife and I walking through the first door, two of the employees went through the door before us. They did not greet us or anything. The third employee was touching her mask and then made my drink. She did not wash her hands prior. My chai latte was below average. I honestly did not enjoy it. I was planning on getting a donut, but they looked old so I decided against it. I don’t know if ownership changed, but whoever is running this Dunkin is doing a horrible. I wish I could give no stars.
Ive complaint multiple times but no one seems to listen early in the morning/afternoon theres an old indian lady who does cashier/food her she touches money then the food with the same gloves... always has an attitude towards customers and when theres a special request she will never honor it... she always makes my food either cold or my drink watered down with no taste..this location used to be good multiple times I've decided to go to Starbucks just because of this person. The time is 515am.. google says opens at 5am... still closed
