Dunkin' - Réservation de table

The service here is extremely unprofessional, and I had a very disappointing experience. I went in today to place my usual order and use my free drink offer. I've been spending money daily to earn points on their app, hoping to finally redeem them for some complimentary drinks. However, when I ordered, they refused to let me use both of my free drinks and told me I would have to come back the next day. There’s nothing on the app that states this policy. Other locations allow me to redeem my rewards without any issues. The staff member I interacted with was quite rude as well. If I could give them zero stars, I would rate them 0 out of 5.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant today. I've been a regular customer, ordering the same drinks daily to accumulate points on their app for redeeming free beverages. When I went in today to use my free drink, they refused to let me redeem two of them, insisting that I had to come back the next day. This policy isn't mentioned anywhere on the app. I've visited other locations and had no issues redeeming my points. On top of that, the manager was quite rude about the situation. If I could give zero stars, I would rate them 0 out of 5.

We just picked up a dozen donuts from this place, and our experience was disappointing. The staff was not very friendly and lacked enthusiasm when we asked about the flavors. Once we started eating the donuts, we noticed that they were not fresh at all and tasted a bit stale. It seemed like they had been made many hours earlier, and it felt like they were just trying to sell off old donuts. Overall, the service left a lot to be desired.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and cinnamon raisin bagel. Coffee was good, but the bagel was more like a pretzel or a doggie biscuit. It was way too thin and was obviously missing something. It was disgusting tasting and very strange but they had no problem selling it to me. Réservez une table maintenant

On 9/23/2022 3:50 am employee wore gloves but went to open the door for his coworker, came back placed my food on the bare counter all with the same pair of gloves on. Very unsanitary. Cloves SHOULDVE been changed.

Fast and accurate service. I always order iced coffee, easy ice, cream, and one pump of caramel and this Dunkin Doughnuts nailed it and super fast at that! The employee was friendly as well.

The service was terrible. Most of the time, the staff couldn't hear us because of the broken loudspeakers. They ended up giving us the wrong orders, and their attitude was not great either.

The donuts and muffin I tried were stale. Instead of selling old food, it would be better to just say you’re out of stock. I won’t be returning to this location again. Réservez une table maintenant
