I am only giving one star because it doesn’t let me not give any stars at all but worst customer service ever the drink tasted bad so I asked the manager to simply remake it and not put as much sugar in it for my daughter. He was refusing to do so started lecturing me on how his drinks were always perfect and that’s what I ordered instead of just simply saying ok and redoing the drink with not as much sugar he sat there and argued with me for five minutes and I ended up just not even getting a drink and getting my money back at the end of it. I have never had anyone talk to a customer the way he talk to me and argued totally unprofessional!
The coffee tastes like the pots need a good cleaning! I watched the baristas brew it fresh for two days in a row, but it still tasted like dirt—very bitter. I suggest encouraging your employees to clean the coffee pots. The prices have increased, but the quality has definitely declined.
This DD is located in a Mobil Gas Station. It wasnt the reason we eve. stopped. But the employee working on a late Sunday night was so excited and so nice it made the stop special. I wish I had gotten his name for recognition. Coffee as always was AWESOME
This location can get quite crowded in the mornings, similar to many Dunkin' Donuts locations. The key difference here is that there's only one person managing all the customers...

The crew here is friendly, generally prompt, and, most importantly, gives you exactly what you asked for. That's no small feat considering how complicated their menu has become.
I haven't met a Dunkin' Donuts that I didn't like. They seem to have the right formula. Good coffee, good donuts, good food...All in clean pleasant atmosphere.
I received the wrong order in its entirety, and I'm never returning to this restaurant again. It really upset my best friend.
Their donuts, pastry, cupcakes, coffee are always delicious. Just discovered their coffee cake cupcake, excellent.

I really love the Boston Cream donut! The coffee is hot and fresh. Service is very fast. I good there often.
