It's a tiny shop with limited space to navigate. If you suffer from claustrophobia, I wouldn't suggest going in. When I entered, the place was empty except for two staff members who were chatting. I ordered a coconut and peach refresher (I can't recall the exact name), and to be honest, it wasn't great. The aftertaste was quite off-putting; it tasted more like expired peach yogurt than anything else. I hope this review is helpful.
Terrible service. I've never experienced a Dunkin' like this before. Usually, the employees at Dunkin' Donuts are friendly. I was the only customer, yet the staff member was on her phone, barely paying attention to me. After taking my order, I was left waiting for a long time. When I finally asked where my coffee was, she ignored me and later just pointed to where she had placed it. Extremely poor service.
This Dunkin' is quite unlike any other. They don't carry the usual items, but the service is always quick and friendly, and the staff consistently gets our orders right. I truly believe this is the most unique Dunkin' location my wife and I have ever experienced, and we plan to keep coming back. If you're ever near the Galleria Mall in White Plains, NY, be sure to check it out for yourself!
It’s a very small shop, little space to breathe. If you’re claustrophobic, I don’t recommend visiting at all. It was empty once I entered, just 2 staff members chit chatting. Something about a growing generation of people that hate working. This location amongst its stale old food boasts a very rude woman that works at the register. I ordered a toasted corn muffin I did not know that meant burn it to a crisp muffin. A jelly donut that looked like someone licked all the sugar off of it was extremely slimy. Never again.
I would give this place 5 stars today because the poor guy is always working alone at the counter. The setting is ideal for a single person managing this job. It's a great and convenient location for everyone, but they definitely need more help. Waiting 30 minutes for a cup of coffee is simply too long!
Very slow. A lot of the time there's only one person but even with two I wait 5 minutes to order with no one in front of me, wait another 10 to get my order, and the food is still cold. Just get coffee unless you want to waste your whole lunch break.
There’s a young woman at this coffee shop who is incredibly kind and helpful. She truly focuses on your order, making sure everything is just right. This place stands out compared to many others. I would definitely recommend it! Réservez une table maintenant
I always order a specific drink here, and they consistently get it right, unlike other locations I've tried. The staff is always friendly, and the store is kept very clean. My only complaint is that there isn't a drive-thru!
