While it may be a bit off the beaten path, this place is definitely worth the visit! It's not a standalone Dunkin' location, but it's much better than the ones at gas stations. The service is excellent, though you might need to be patient during their busy peak times. I really appreciate that there are some tables inside, as well as outdoor seating. It's a fantastic stop for bikers during Americade! Just a heads up about parking: be cautious of passing motorists, as it can get a little chaotic!
Extremely rude old lady yelled at me because I “ordered too much” in the drive through. This was AFTER I had already tipped them 10 dollars. I go to this location at least 3 times a week since it is closest to my house but I will never be going back to this Dunkin. Worse Dunkin experience I have ever had. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This lady does not deserve a job here and clearly has no respect for others. I want my 10 dollars back.

We went through drive thru 5 minutes before closing...we were greeted by a courteous young employee who saw our dogs and asked if we would like a pup cup? We didn't know what that was and not knowing what to expect he came with two little cups of whipped cream and a munchkin. The dogs went nuts! Loved it more than ice cream! To top it off our coffee was perfect!! Pup cups are an incredibly cute idea! Réservez une table maintenant
I have been to this dunkin a few times as I am local. It is never a pleasant stop. Each time I have gone, you wait a ridiculous time for a drink and the girls are rude. They make it seem as though you are a burden to them and yet, they want $15/hr. They need an inservice on customer service. I now only go to the fort Ann dunkin. They are so nice and the line goes fast.
There was a very long line. One lady was very rude to customers and to other workers there. She eventually had enough and said no more orders. She went over to the orders screen and cancelled them all. I ordered a strawberry frosted donut, and got a chocolate frosted one. I also ordered hash browns but there was only 2 in the package.

The older woman working here was quite unpleasant. After waiting at the window for 5 minutes, I noticed my food sitting right at the edge, and she had the audacity to give me attitude. I don't think she should be in a customer-facing role. Réservez une table maintenant
I received a hot coffee that was actually served cold, and my toast arrived un-toasted. While the service was good, the quality of the food was disappointing.
