The absolute worst dunkin in the area. Im surprised it's still opened. I go to place my order they never fail to mess it up. Asked for a medium ice chai latte with light ice oatmilk. They're out of oatmilk, no problem I'll have almond then. Asked for an oatmeal raisin bagel with EXTRA cream cheese. Come to receive it, my entire cup is filled with ice. I take it all out I went from a medium to a small. on top of that, they used regular milk. Clearly there's a reason why I asked for non dairy. Next I check my bagel, why do they act like the cream cheese comes out of their paycheck. Almost nothing! I took a bite to see if it makes a difference, HUGE difference. It felt like I was chewing on dry...
I asked the cashier for an icy chai latte with coffee inside and he committed, although this article was not on the menu, and I would like to thank them, sweet baby jesus! that came to the point this morning. two 15 hours plus shifts back to the work was exactly what I needed and not disappointed! I also ordered a whole bagel and I think because they were just opened they were delivered or made in the house because it is so soft and warm. I couldn't write this critique because that made my day! I am so dared to be satisfied with this purchase!
This Dunkin' is a bit different to locate on Main Street probably given that their sign isn't very vibrant nor is it that big. It's a smaller Dunkin' with mostly room only for a line up and a bit of space to wait for your order. When I arrived, there were maybe 2 people ahead of me but the wait time! It took such a long time for the employees to process us and even then, they couldn't seem to understand all the orders they received. Besides that, I found the coffee decent however, the food was inedible and had to be thrown out.
I've consistently had a negative experience with this restaurant, receiving incorrect or poorly made items each time. I won't be ordering from here again. I also tried to call and voice my concerns, but there was no answer.

Great place to get your coffee the way you want it. The staff are exceptional. One time I walked in 5 minutes after they closed and the lady was happy to assist me. Great customer service.
MY favorite dunkin in the area. Always on top of it. If you order through the app you’ll never have an issue with them. I go here almost daily!
my breakfast heroes....2 special individual will get names later, but the manager and ma on tomorrow are the best thing since carmel drall.
The delivery driver was incredibly friendly and very quick! I just wish Dunkin' had their complete menu available.

The staff is super friendly. My only question is why you don't give your staff time off on New years dunkin.
