The staff here are extremely polite and skilled, but unfortunately, the store seems to be overlooked by the corporate office and lacks essential supplies. Items like coffee creamer, coffee cup carriers, croissants, bacon, sugar, milk of any kind, and flavoring are often in short supply. I truly believe this location has the potential to be great if they received more frequent deliveries, as they frequently run out of various items.

I'm not sure what's going on at this location lately. It used to be wonderful, but the service has really declined. I've noticed extremely slow service during the morning shift, particularly between 9 and 10:30 AM. There's a new woman at the counter who could benefit from additional training in accuracy and efficiency to help keep the line moving. However, the other staff members here are fantastic!

I visit this restaurant quite frequently, and there have been a few occasions when I noticed just one employee working, a very young woman who couldn’t be more than 18. She does an excellent job and is extremely polite. Overall, the restaurant is fantastic—very clean and really efficient.

Is it really possible to get your order wrong twice? Apparently, it is at this location. I ordered a wake-up wrap with sausage and a hot coffee, but I had to go back for sugar the first time and then again for the sausage.

The donuts were fresh and enjoyable. However, the coffee was just average. The staff were friendly and attentive.
