This Dunkin' location is one of the worst I've been to. I always order a refreshment, but they refuse to add any flavor to it. I don't understand the issue, as my drinks from other locations taste much better. Even their coffee isn't great. I wish they would address this problem, but whenever I bring it up, they insist that they're preparing the drinks correctly. I hope they can rectify this soon, but I have my doubts, as there are many high school students who frequent this place, and it will likely remain in business regardless.
This is the worst Dunkin' branch I've ever visited. They ruined my morning by serving me coffee made with spoiled milk. The donuts were stale as well, clearly at least a day old. An older Indian gentleman by the window kept hurrying me to use a timer, even though there was no one waiting behind me.
The lemonade had more ice than actual lemonade. I finished the drink, and all I was left with was a cup of ice. They were out of every type of donut except for the plain ones, yet still charged me full price for a Boston Cream. I suggest skipping this place and going elsewhere.
The freshly baked goods and delicious coffee are a highlight, and the dining area is spacious and clean! While the cashier didn't have a very welcoming attitude, the rest of the staff provided good service. There is also a nice selection of baked goods to choose from!

Hands down one of the best Dunkin's ! Not all Dunkin's are the same. This one always makes my order perfect . Especially the morning crew during the weekdays. Always so friendly as well. Thank you for your hard work and making my mornings easier.
This location doesn't even answer the phone; you might have to call them 3 or 4 times just to get a response. You also can't place a pick-up order over the phone; they insist that you use their poorly designed app instead.
Terrible service, long wait at the counter for no reason, several employees walked past without even acknowledging. Employees swearing at one another instead of helping customers. Shut this place down.
It was OK. I didn't check what kind of tea they served me and it was a wrong one. Not a big deal, but check your order before leaving.
