Dunkin' - Réserver une table

Worked as Dunkin reacted-I was contacted and was assured that the food I was served was not old was simply overcooked. They said they had a new employee and that was a well-known problem that they tried to solve. I changed my review because the woman I spoke with was really worried and was very friendly about the situation. They offered to replace my purchase and I really appreciated their honesty about the situation. Sold two days old food. Ordered a dozen, drove all the way home, opened the box to find what I can only say were stones and not donuts.. You could even see that the Icing was old. Why? Knowing this is just wrong. You can't tell me the management owner didn't know. Just rough.

MOST of people working here are wonderful people!! You know your order and prepare it while you wait in the line!! You can really multitask!! MOST the crew needs time to meet you. Your name is what your favorite drink is and your food. There's a ladder that works out her butt! She's the only one I've ever seen, cleaning the dining room!! She never stops! There are some people who can be released because they way they treat the customers, but we focus on those who work out their butts and get nothing in return! Good job!

Best DD! I went on to go to this DD. Staff are always so friendly and happy. My order is always on the point and I never have any problems! I love this DD!
