Absolutely the worst service I ever received in my entire life. The server and cashier Mirna apparently seemed to be having a bad day. I asked for a small iced coffee and she gave me a medium, when I tried to explain that there was a misunderstanding she took the coffee threw it literally into a small cup and then pushed the dirty unfilled cup towards me. My son then asked for a strawberry bubble tea which she gave to him without bubbles. When he asked for the bubbles she put something like five when the photo on the wall show the cup filled with it. I would stay away from this place unless you like rude service. I sat to observe if she would treat other customers as rudely and she did, exce...
Unprofessional staff, they don’t communicate with their customers at all. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich to go was standing there waiting thinking they didn’t get started on it yet and instead of the lady asking me “do you need any help?” Or “are you waiting for anything?” She walked away like as if she never saw me until I called her back and told her my order and she had put my order to the side (where they usually put the uber eats order) and told me “you need to read. Instead of communicating with the customers letting us know when our order is ready, they put it to the side and expect you to know when its ready without no type of communication at all.
What a disappointment experience at this location .. I ordered a toasted croissant with cream cheese and jelly, I was really craving for it .. I get back to work when I noticed that they only put jelly, not cream cheese…. I tired to call their number for the last hour to complain and the phone it’s always busy …. They wanna charge $1.30 for cream cheese instead of training their personal to pay attention on the orders instead of chatting about their personal life !!!
I'm usually a Starbucks person, but Dunkin's iced coffee works in a pinch. This Dunkin location feels a bit worn down and could use some refreshing—floors, paint, etc. It seemed a little grimy, so I wouldn't feel comfortable eating anything from their menu. Still, it's convenient.

I'm usually a Starbucks person, but Dunkin's iced coffee is surprisingly good. The sauce was a bit tired and could use some refreshing. The floor and overall color scheme felt a little grimy. I wouldn't choose to eat there, but the atmosphere is comfortable.
I order the most simple order ever (toasted croissant with cheese). The lady not only burnt my thread but left the cheese outside. When I went back to fix the order the lady just said “oh well, I toasted it”. Most unprofessional staff.
Five or more workers behind the counter but very slow service. One lukewarm cappuccino, one full and hot one. So inconsistent.
The coffee wasn't very hot. I probably should have asked for a new cup, but I decided to just go with it and still drank it.

Had coolers for water, no one asked cashier and she said she had some, and went back brought a full arm. Great work.
Excellent location and always make my caramel ice cream coffee taste incredible
