I've been going to this place for years and always had a great service until today, I ordered two hot drinks and when I was handed over I could feel that they were cold. I let the hired know they felt cold and they offered to repair them because they said they had problems with the steamer. I suppose it was the shift manager who came into the window and told me I had to go around. I was under the impression that she wanted to walk around and park so that they could then take it out. I waited for one because and nothing so that I knocked on the door and said: "we told you that you have to walk around," they said, we had to go back on the drive through and wait in the line on our order as the hand returned, the drink was clearly warmed only in the microwave, the cream was melted with the coffee and was less than half full. it would have been appropriate to restore the drink that had hired a huge one. I was very disappointed about the service, I've been driving to this place for years because they have always done a great job and the service was always impeccable, unfortunately I won't be back to this place. looks like the new employees won't get the right training.
I've been going to this dunkin since I moved from New England. In fact I based my apartment location around a dunkin donuts just to stay close to a feeling of home. And holy hell do these employees do that. I know all of their smiling and kind faces, yet I don't know their names. I know I've asked and they've told me but it's always so hard to remember things before I've had my tea.The crew knows my voice, knows my order, and are on top of their game 100% of the time. In times like these, I hope they get enough time for good breaks and feel comfortable in their job. Working food service is never easy, but these guys always bring their best.To the people that run this joint, I hope you're paying these guys well. I had a friend. he needed me. I met him here. we sat and talked a few hours without effort. these people understand. I'm glad to know that there are places where you can still go and have a talk with the out to be harassed because you're not an expert, or you parked in the wrong room, or you don't have enough whatever.
