The staff at Dunkin' are consistently wonderful—friendly and always accurate with my order. However, this morning while waiting in the drive-thru, I saw an older man, whom I believe is the manager, yelling at an employee, which was quite upsetting. I've never experienced any problems at this Dunkin', especially not involving this manager before.
Ordering from Dunkin' via Uber Eats was a disappointing experience. My order arrived completely incorrect, and it seemed like they didn’t pay any attention to what they packed. It felt like they don’t value their customers and are just working for the paycheck. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re willing to take the risk.
This Dunkin' location on Marston Street in Lawrence is one of the best in the area. Since switching from Starbucks to Dunkin' lattes in early August, I’ve always been impressed by how kind, helpful, and friendly the staff are. Every visit, the manager and team go above and beyond to assist me, which I truly appreciate. Thank you!
I ordered a cold brew with sweet foam but ended up with just milk and water instead. This will be my last visit to this Dunkin'. My entire family already steers clear of this location, even though it’s the closest to us. From now on, we’ll be visiting the one on Swan Street. Please ensure your staff receives better training!
