I really enjoy Dunkin' and frequently visit various locations throughout Connecticut, like many others do, for their fast service and quick bites. I must admit, this is my favorite spot. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, efficient, and attentive. Even though it's just a chain coffee shop, it truly makes a difference when people are both friendly and skilled at their jobs. It's rare to find both qualities these days, if not just one! Thank you to the staff for my delicious, quick coffee and for brightening my day. You are truly appreciated!
that's my trip to dunkin. I was at most other in stamford and this place is by color the best. I would pre-order myself a regular and regular use of the app (easy comfortable). the only time I had to wait for my order is when they tell me that they brew a fresh pot (the minute or two wait! the staff is very friendly and helpful. so beautiful to be greeted with names with a smile. even if this is not the next dunkin', they believe me it is worth it.
I've been visiting this place almost every day for years, whether in person or through DoorDash. There are a couple of ladies who work here, and they are truly amazing. They have the friendliest personalities and always make an effort to say goodbye to their customers. This Dunkin' definitely deserves a perfect 10/10! Keep up the great work!
the hired brianna is so nice and cares for me, not to mention it is as sweet as the moon! it is a walk in front of location, I recommend the vanille donut with sprinkles. keep the work men and I will be her forever

Terrible experience! I prefer the one in Norwalk because it's cleaner, friendlier, and they offer discounts. Plus, there aren't any creepy men hanging around making you feel uncomfortable.
