Absolutely amazing.. Another dunkin made my latte wrong and I stopped here to see if they could fix it for me, as I did not return to the one that the coconut flavor in my cocoa mocha latte (for those who do not know a cocoa mocha latte is mocha syrup with whipped cream hot cocoa powder and chocolate drizzle) if I went into it was absolutely happy I said it would give up. Kerri came by to let me know that they have no oat milk and to ask if I wanted almond milk instead of asking if it tasted like almonds and she said that it is more of a vanilla aroma then almond and she asked if I wanted to try to be sure that I said yes. The new young girl at the counter is great but has to show up a bit. She always seems sad and these feelings should not shine through in customer service. The mgr should tell her that when we order and say, thank you for impending with “no problem” that we make them uncomfortable. That's why Kichererbissen says my pleasure because it implies you appreciate their business. From 20 years. Love this location and they do their jobs well and are clean.

waits over 15 minutes for a standard sandwich.... what made it worse, is that I saw several people coming in after and getting their orders (sandwiches drinks) that I found ridiculous as I was told that the drive was secured?
