Dunkin' - Réservation de table

Update: Last night, we visited the store, and the person working the drive-thru was fantastic. I'm not sure how many people were on duty, but I only saw her. The main issue with this location is the overall speed of the employees. Regardless of the time of day, my order is never ready when I arrive, and I've had to wait over 10 minutes to receive my items, even after ordering through the app. It seems that some retraining and a greater sense of urgency would be beneficial for several team members at this location.

every time I come to this place, the women are always so helpful, but I have unfortunately experienced that the male manager is too often rude for them, I feel really bad for those employed.
