I stopped by this Dunkin' location for the first time to grab a latte and a quick snack during a busy day. I didn’t expect such a short visit to have such a positive impact on me. When I ordered, I was delighted to see they still offered Apple N Spice Donuts, a treat that had disappeared from Dunkin' locations in Anne Arundel County years ago. I almost ordered the whole tray but settled on just two. Dunkin' is family-owned and truly amazing! They have a fantastic connection with their regular customers. It was my first visit, and somehow the staff already knew my name, just like with several others who arrived at the same time. Despite the busy crowd, they handled every order swiftly and flawlessly. I was in and out in under five minutes! My order was absolutely perfect. Sorry, no photos this morning!
The staff here are amazing. They remember my name and order before I even reach the counter. With around 100 customers daily, they seem to recognize every regular. They always greet you warmly with a smile. The restaurant is consistently clean and service is quick. I'm really happy this is my local Dunkin’.
On 5/22/20 A nice lady was working, wearing a poka dot mask covering her nose and mouth. (I've been to many other carryouts where cashiers wear a mask under their nose! Also a nice big sneeze guard was built across the counter. DD Coffee is better than Starbucks !

I was welcomed as soon as I entered the door with a polite and friendly greeting. Gentlemen behind the counter was fast and curtious. Food and coffee came out correctly and quickly. Downside to this location is that there is not a drive thru. Will be back again!
One of my favorite spots! The staff is incredibly friendly and cheerful, greeting you as soon as you step through the door. The service is quick, and both the food and coffee are excellent!
Only been once but it was during a Saturday rush and orders were coming out very fast. Food was cooked perfectly, usually the hashbrowns are burned at other places.
This dunkin donuts was very good they have a good vanilla ice latte and there donuts are very good ????.
