This morning I placed my order via the app, xl white mocha hot chocolate and breakfast sandwich. I arrive led and my order wasn?t ready yet as the person behind the counter was running a one man show. There are either 3 people behind the countermoving at a snails pace or one person trying there best. Once I received my order I made it work to drink what I thought was myhot chocolate turned out to be coffee and I hate coffee. I was very disappointed. No customer should have to face poor customer service from any staff member. I asked a simple question to the employee, and the experience quickly went downhill from there. What upset and disappointed me the most is that the employee did not consider their actions in front of a minor, which makes me think they would disrespect an elderly person, disabled person, or anyone else. To the OWNER and/or manager of the gas station and DUNKIN Donuts, is this type of behavior acceptable according to the company's VISION? I've repeatedly been disappointed with my visits here. The coffee never meets my expectations, and my sandwiches are frequently prepared wrong. For example, I spent $5 on a sandwich only to find all the bacon lumped in the center.
I shouldn't have to wait more then a few minutes to order and get my coffe. waited 25 minutes) it is absorbed. And this is almost everyday because I come here everyday but not any more. Taking my business elsewhere.

Slow service, customer service issues due to language barrier. But the folks at Dunkin are nice. It's inside a gas station and the gas station people are always grumpy.
This place is totally understaffed. They had one person working at 9am! Every time I go there I end up leaving without coffee because the wait is so long.
