The line for the drive-thru is always so long, practically out into traffic, that I just decided to go inside. Just like the last time, bad decision. The little old man who I assume is the owner? not wearing a hair net, ordering people around, is just sitting behind the counter casually chit-chatting about the bathroom and preventing things from running efficiently, during breakfast. There were six people working, only one making coffee, only one making sandwiches. All this explains why I sat at the drive-thru window watching the woman make mobile orders for 7 minutes yesterday. It's unnecessary. These people don't really have any respect for your time
I have supported this restaurant for five years, but after the ownership changed, the service has declined significantly. My bill was $2.11, and when it totaled $2.88, I inquired about it. The waitress, who had two piercings in her nose, became extremely rude and ended up refunding my money because I asked about the pricing. I will never return here again. A $0.75 increase per cup is unacceptable. I expressed my frustration to her, explaining how she came to our table with such a poor attitude. It's frustrating that businesses can raise their prices without informing their customers.
this charge is only 50% of the time. I had great and terrible experiences, day or night. some employees take care of more than others. today I ordered a caramel e-Islam. thanks for my caramel milky water? they missed the espresso completely. do they make recipes, depending on how they feel for the day? where is the resistance.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The manager, Dame, needs more training. The person at the drive-thru around 4:40 PM on August 22, 2022, was not competent and should no longer be working there. This establishment really needs to improve.

They make my iced coffee just the way I like it, and they treat us like family at the location on US 19 in Pinellas Park. Great job, ladies! I'll see you soon.
The iced tea is consistently delicious and just right every time! Be sure to ask for extra ice. The service was excellent as well!
