This place has the best customer service. I haven't been here in months, I pulled up in a rental car and parked (so they definitely didn't recognize me by car), and my coffee was ready when I got to the register. Will always recommend this place. Manager is awesome, too. Always a really good crew.
Leah was quite rude during my visit. She initially said she was ready to take my order, but when I started to give it, she abruptly interrupted me with a "HOLD ON, HOLD ON" and her tone came across as disrespectful. I understand that it can be busy, but there’s no need to be harsh.
my car broke down in the drive through and the lady’s there were so sweet and kind and pushed us out of the drive though to park, then gave us our food for free and gave us some tape to fix my broken car key 10/10 super sweet
Getting my coffee at Dunkin I’ve never had an issue Although, the crew members and store manger don’t want me to work here anymore. The ice coffees are good, the service is polite with a clean atmosphere. Réservez une table maintenant
This Dunkin is the perfect spot because the employees work well with each other and the manager really has it under control. Great job the the store manager not no one else.
It was definitely a bit of a mix-up on your part! I have to say, it gave me a good laugh. My donut came in three pieces—who does that? I've got a picture to prove it!
I had the worst coffee I've ever tasted at this Dunkin Donuts. It's best to close the store because it's just not worth it.
Ordered two 6 piece hash browns. Only received 5 pieces in each. For the price this is unacceptable. Réservez une table maintenant
