Shop manager Abraham is absolutely the worst. He openly discussed an employee's medical issues with other staff members in front of customers! This happened a while ago, but I can't stop thinking about it. He’s clearly narcissistic and rude. He doesn’t realize that many people understand and speak Spanish, regardless of their appearance. There’s no way I would ever get along with employees under his management. I haven’t returned since.
The restaurant continues to make improvements. The service remains good, but if they're going to hire new staff, they should ensure that they are fully trained or have a supervisor available. It's a bit of a hit or miss experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. Some days they get my order right, while other times they don’t. Occasionally, they also run out of necessary ingredients. However, the staff is usually friendly and nice.
I visit this Dunkin' every Friday for my coffee. It's never crowded, which makes it a convenient stop before I start work. Even when there is a line, they serve quickly. They consistently make my order just right. It's my weekly Dunkin' routine!
I absolutely love this place! It has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted, and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for all your hard work! Réservez une table maintenant
Dunkin' can be hit or miss. Some days they get my order right, other times they don’t. Their menu availability varies, with ingredients sometimes missing. However, the staff are usually friendly and provide good customer service.
The young lady at the drive thru window was great. However, the person who made my coffees, did a horrible job. Instead of 8 creams 4 sugars, the did 8 creams and no sugars. ????
