However, I hadn't visited in a long time, and today, while passing by, I decided to stop in for a coffee. As the woman was taking my order, I noticed cockroaches crawling on the donuts behind her. I didn't want to point it out to the staff since it wasn't their fault, but I quickly grabbed my coffee and left. I ended up discarding the coffee because I was too disgusted to enjoy it, and I didn't want to embarrass the staff. I understand that some places struggle due to poor management, and I suspect that's the case here. I hope they take steps to resolve the issue, but I doubt I'll return as...
A few years ago, I visited this restaurant in the city and had a fantastic experience with the service. However, during my recent visit, I decided to have a coffee. When the server took my order, I noticed cockroaches crawling on the donuts behind her. I chose not to mention it to the server, as I didn't want to place blame on her. Instead, I took my coffee and left, deciding to discard it rather than make a scene that might embarrass the staff. I understand that local establishments can face challenges due to issues caused by poor management, and I suspect that might be the case here. I truly hope they address this problem properly, but I doubt I will return as a customer.
This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve visited anywhere in the U.S. The staff are always friendly and never rude, going out of their way to help. It’s my whole family’s favorite Dunkin’! Even though there are many others in our area, none compare when it comes to customer service, food quality, and taste!
The service here was exceptionally fast, and they even provided games for those who like to play. My cocoa mocha iced latte was made to perfection and tasted just as amazing as it appeared. I would definitely give this place a solid 5 stars!

I come here every morning before work to get a large or medium caramel latte, and their service is fantastic. All the employees are very nice and the coffee is very good! Highly recommend! Fast service, I’m always in and out.
The options for delivery orders were disappointing, and it felt like they just packaged 25 glazed donuts without paying attention to quality. I suggest avoiding delivery, as they clearly don’t put in the same effort.
This is the only Dunkin' that ever asked me how much sugar I wanted. I wish they would just stick to the standard formula like all the other Dunkin' locations.
This Dunkin' is fantastic! They consistently provide excellent customer service and are very quick. My coffee is always made perfectly! ☕️
