looks like I'm not the only one who had problems with their customer service. order a strawberry dragon fruit-fresher. simple enough. she gives me what looks like a direct green tea with maybe a splash of refreshment. I say something and she just brushes me. I'm going in. they make a big thing out of him and finally do it right, but then one of the workers in the ground told me that they make it wrong (mostly all green tea with a splash of drachenfruit, because it is so expensive) um, they just gave to me, they make it wrong on purpose!? The service was awful. Today, I went to get donuts for my kids, and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. We decided to go inside to order, but the doors were locked. The employees were just pointing at each other, saying they only had two people working as their reason for locking the doors. It’s frustrating because the sign clearly says they open at 4 AM. It’s disappointing that this place isn’t managed better. We’ll happily drive an extra 15 minutes to another donut shop because this is simply unacceptable.

I mobile ordered at this location at 8:40 and got there at 8:50 and they're not supposed to close until 9. I got there and they said they were close so now I have to go through dunkin customer service to get a refund and I used a free drink reward and now I won't get that back. This is extremely unprofessional I understand if I had placed an order later and they were unable to fulfill it but it was placed 20 minutes before they were supposed to close.
I visited this location at 4:30 this morning and was disappointed by the drive-thru service. I ordered two chocolate cake donuts, a milk, a large hazelnut iced coffee, and a medium vanilla coffee. I repeated my order before moving to the window, but when I got my food, I only received one chocolate cake donut, no milk, and both the medium vanilla coffee and large coffee were missing their flavoring. I don't plan on returning to this location.
I attempted to place an online order this morning, but when I drove through, they informed me that they had not received it. They offered no alternative solutions and kept repeating the same thing in a rather rude manner. Instead, I decided to go to the gas station next door. I will not be returning to this Dunkin' location.
Not the Dunkin Donuts Coffee I grew to love and yearn during the many years that I had indulged, it lacked aroma and it’s unique taste, was totally missing! The brew was weak seemed water down, maybe the coffee bean used was a different variety or a different method of brewing, was used, regardless I was very disappointed!!

The coffee tastes watery, and this is the third time in a row. I'm done going to this place. I added six sugars and still couldn’t taste it. They seem rushed and indifferent, like at McDonald’s.
Everyone working here gives you dirty looks and is very rude. I'll go drive to a different location.
