the most terrible customer service! the coworker was out of no reason in an extreme rush. She asked what we can get before we even get to the red. I ordered what I want, but my sister didn't know what she wanted. the hired as continuing to say: "Are they done? You know what you want?" “Is this all for you” my sister said: “Give me a second” 3 times! then we go up to pay, and this lady cries our total 3 times. how we cost them the first day. my sister wanted to pack her wallet and this coworker then says: “We have a line so fast on” “will pay” (mind you there was two people behind us) and it wasn’t even a whole 30 seconds. after that we just drove away. I really enjoy Dunkin' donuts, but they definitely need to improve their consistency. At this particular location, I ordered a caramel latte, and when I received it at the drive-thru on my way to work, I realized it had no coffee at all—just froth and caramel. They also need to focus on serving their hot drinks at the right temperature; there’s nothing more disappointing than asking for a hot coffee on a snowy day and getting something that's barely lukewarm. The same goes for their sandwiches; sometimes they're cooked perfectly, and other times the cheese isn't melted and the egg is cold. The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about providing a positive experience for their customers. I placed an order through their mobile app, but unfortunately, one item was unavailable. However, the employee was extremely accommodating and offered me some alternatives. For instance, when my order for a chocolate croissant was out of stock, she kindly allowed me to choose two doughnuts instead. The café itself is clean and has a lovely atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to visit. The location is also convenient. I visited the Tinley Park location this morning and tried to enter through the door to place an order, but it was locked. So, I got back in my car and joined the drive-thru line, which had five cars waiting. When I finally reached the front, I was told that the drive-thru wasn't functioning. Unsure of what that meant, I pointed out that the lobby door was locked. The staff member replied that it wasn't anymore and they had just opened it. I then went inside, where I found myself third in line. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. What should have been a quick five-minute trip ended up taking 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. I visited the drive-thru and placed my order. The employee asked me to repeat it, which I didn't mind, so I clarified by saying "iced caramel cold brew." The employee responded rudely, "Yeah, of course it’s iced; it’s a cold brew." I was planning to add more items to my order, but when she asked, "Is that it?" I decided I didn’t want to deal with her anymore, so I just wrapped it up. To top it off, my order ended up being incorrect. There aren't many other coffee options nearby if you're in a hurry, so good luck!

Why cant they stick each wake up wrap in its own pouch? What if theres 2 people eating? One has to hold their food? Cant spare the paper?And these were barely thrown together right. I guess the redundancy of their morning job has got them flustered. And theres a monster wheel eater pothole at the start of the drivethru. Thanks.P.S. first low rating of any food place

I have encountered issues with my order getting mixed up about 8 out of 10 times recently, whether it's through the drive-thru or delivery. This Dunkin' is less than 5 minutes from my house, but I've decided not to return again!!!

Came through the drive through in the morning and was served/given stale croissants and donuts, couldn't verify the quality till I got to the office and by then was too late to return them! Réservez une table maintenant
