Yesterday, I tried ordering through the drive-thru. I had to repeat my coffee order—a medium iced coffee with skim milk and one packet of sweetener—at least three times, along with a donut. When I got to the window, they gave me the wrong donut. I returned it and repeated my order. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the employee seemed clearly annoyed. After that, she handed me a coffee that had cream instead of skim milk. There’s a big difference—skim milk doesn’t turn the coffee whitish like cream does. When I mentioned it, she insisted it was skim milk; after I repeated myself, she finally went back and made the coffee correctly. I assumed it was just a bad day.

I'm left questioning how employees are allowed to make their own rules and why there are no consistent standards in place. This feels both unfair and misleading. Over the past two months, I've had several encounters with the same staff member who has been rude, and I've frequently been denied replacements for coffee when it runs out. I can no longer tolerate this kind of treatment.

Bad customer service! I went up the drive tru wanting to order and the lady (she was Indian) seemed like she already had an attitude. She told me to come up to the window when I didn’t even get to order. Once I got there I waited for about 5 mins or so wanting to order. The lady started telling me what I wanted to order and while I was telling her my order she cut me off and shut the window. I wasn’t even done ordering and she was rushing me. I've been a regular customer here, and the service has been inconsistent. Until now, I had no complaints. Today, they were out of croissants and English muffins, which was disappointing but not a big deal. However, when I asked the employee at the drive-thru for a couple of extra napkins, he refused and responded with a rude attitude, even insulting me by telling me to move my car. Truly unacceptable.

I visited this location and was very disappointed by the manager's attitude, which I found to be disrespectful. I will never shop or make a purchase there again. I recommend going to Starbucks instead—it's a much better choice.
Always come here after/before work. Super friendly staff and always fast- for those days when running late. Amy usually takes my order and is very polite.
I completely misunderstood my order, and the service from everyone was awful. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Avoid purchasing the donuts at this restaurant. They are awful and do not compare to Dunkin' Donuts.
