an egg cake for birthday. it should have a kindness picture of birthday. when picking up the cake it was discovered that the picture had cut off the head! the register staff was nice and professional but the manager and general manager were dismissed, careless, rude and unprofessional. the lack of care and unapologetic attitude let me know that my dollar is not appreciated here. they said that the picture for the cake was cut off with the head. it wasn't that on my computer. I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin Donuts location! The cashier charged me an extra $0.50 because I requested no ice in my drink. When I questioned why I was being charged more for not having ice, the cashier refused to give me a clear answer. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. When I requested the corporate number, she simply said "I don't know." She also refused to provide her name. I typically don't have any issues with this restaurant, but they should never make substitutions without consulting the customer first. This morning, I received an order that was completely incorrect. They replaced two plain donuts (which I can eat) with an apple fritter (which I cannot eat) without my knowledge. It is important to respect dietary restrictions and allergies when preparing orders. In the future, they should always speak with the customer before making any substitutions. Delivery service and meal type were average, with prices ranging from $20-30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 2 out of 5.
You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented. I go here because my daughter LOVES the donuts. I don't understand as the donuts aren't fresh. I miss the Dunkin of my childhood where donuts were made on-site and were fresh. These donuts usually taste a bit stale to me. Service at this location is fine as is the coffee.
Placed a curbside order online last week and I could see it from the window but no one brought it out. I waited entirely too long and told the manager but he didn’t seem that apologetic.
