So I go here a few times a day I live right next door and it was fantastic but now there is a lot of new workers not too new they been there few months now and you would think they get the hang of things , I'm not sure why they don't have someone come in and help get this place back in order .... I've worked at a dunks before and everyone there needs to be re trained or they need a manager customer service is horrible I have stood at the counter for 10-20 min sometimes no one has seen me or acknowledged me . This appears to be a newer Dunkin' location nestled within a large gas station convenience store along Main Street in Randolph, just south of Route 128. The convenience of the location is matched by its hours, as they stay open later than most other nearby outlets. When I visited, a young Black female staff member provided friendly and attentive service, earning an extra star for the outstanding experience.

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and provided quick service. I used the restroom, and it was also very clean. It's important to leave a tip because many employees earn minimum wage and share tips, so a little extra can really brighten their day. This applies not just here, but also at ice cream stands and farm shops. A little kindness, like buying the next person a coffee, can really make someone's day!
This location used to be one of the better locations. Nowadays, they screw up mine my family's orders every single time we go. Last night they couldn't even get a hot green tea with honey, correctly. My son ask for oatmilk in his coffee all the time, every single time they put regular milk it it. I really don't know what's going on over there, the last several months.
