Dunkin' - Réservation de table

For months now every single coffee they make is wrong. I only order iced lattes really simple. If you mention it tastes like or is only milk they don't fix it but poor hot coffee over iced so you get watered milk. I do not recommend this location at all. Once they even apologized because they forgot to add the espresso.

I moved to the area about a year ago, and in that time, not once have they gotten my order right, despite placing multiple orders each week. The attitude and foul language of the staff have been so unpleasant that my wife refuses to take our children inside anymore. I now steer clear of this place entirely.

I don’t enjoy hearing the word “fucking “ frequently. One of the female employee needs to speak softly when sharing with other employees. The salted caramel drink is on the windows. Yet when I asked they said there out of it. Didn’t get a receipt. Food was great. Réservez une table maintenant

I’m an old customer and they take long, but lately they have been speeding and like has been moving i could be all the way in the back and in 2 or 3 minutes they already taking my order new managers and new ppl spread the word this store has potential!!

Used to be good but last couple times I've gone they have messed up my order and I've gotten lates with either just straight coffee (paying more for a cheaper coffee) or it's just milk how do you mess up so badly

the girls who work there are ghetto and evil. they have to fire them and rebuild some people with more class.

I only complain if you work with the public, you have to have a good job and customer service!

UPDATE: I haven't seen the drive-thru employee who seemed unkempt in the last few visits.
