Less than an hour ago I went to that store and bought a lot of food for my family. I actually had 3 Big and toasted in the bunch. As I began to eat one of those, it just did not taste right, so I decided to smell it. The eggs smelled rotten and when I took the thing apart, it was clear that those eggs were not made today. I spat it out and put the thing in the trash. My stomach is churning already. I called the store twice, butlbut itsit sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I will avoid this place now.
Such a joke. Go in and the first guy I see mumbles something I can not hear and is blazed, red eyes the whole bit. I don’t care what you do on your time but if you can not even get my order right the first time move over so someone can work. They get my order don’t even type it into the computer they “play telephone” and verbally pass it to some one else and still get it wrong multiple times. They waste my time and have to charge twice because they didn’t get full order before processing.
This restaurant had one of the worst services I have ever experienced. I waited in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes just to order a signature iced coffee and 2 doughnuts. I didn't want to leave just because of the way things were going, but it was frustrating to wait so long only to be told they didn't have what I wanted. Even after giving me something different, they still got my order wrong.
I go most mornings before work, and every single time the crew is warm, welcoming, and I always leave thinking wow, what a great team I've always meant to write a review, and today I have time. So thanks to everybody at this location for being such a positive first interaction of my days. Yall set the tone, and help me get through my day. Thank you.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered two large iced mochas with turbo, but instead I was charged for five doughnuts, a cold brew plain iced, and one medium mocha. I only wanted two coffees and they couldn't even get that right. I suggest avoiding this place and going to the one on Vet Express instead.
If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would. I arrived just after they opened at 5:00 and it's now 6:04. I've been waiting since 5:02, and although there are people inside, no one is answering at the drive-thru speaker. They don’t offer in-store service right now either.
The staff provides excellent customer service! You've secured my loyalty for life. No matter what issues arise, they handle everything with understanding and kindness!
The best Dunkin around hands down! Always quick and good customer service!! Plus they know how to icing a donut!! They never dissapoint
