Usually everything about here is 5 stars however this morning not so much and maybe it’s because I personally came too early. Ordering was a breeze it, I always get a Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel minus the egg and a large Sweet Tea. As I anxiously wait for my food I was offered my tea first. At the very first sip it tasted like it had been there all night just sitting. Out of all of the Dunkin’s I have been to until today this location always made it perfect. One sip was enough to know I couldn’t continue to drink it, I informed the young lady when she handed me my food that it didn’t taste right. I am a regular customer at this restaurant and usually don't have any issues, but recently I have been consistently receiving the wrong drink. I have been asking for a butter pecan iced signature latte, but they keep giving me the turtle latte instead. This is frustrating because I am sometimes in a hurry and don't have time to check the cup before leaving. I have decided to stop going here for a while because I believe that for the price I am paying, I should receive the correct drink every time. After reading other reviews, I see that I am not the only one who has experienced this issue. I recommend checking your order carefully before leaving, as they may try to give you a different drink...
Arrived 10 minutes before close and waited 5 minutes in the drive-through behind another car just to get to window 5 min before closing to be told they were already “closed”. When I inquired as to why they were closed when there is still 5 minutes left AFTER I waited behind another car I was just told “it’s enough for today and we are done”. I get it as I am tired at the end of my work day too but I don’t leave before I’m supposed to especially with people waiting on me. That’s fine because I will NEVER frequent this location again. There are plenty of Dunkin Donuts in this area so I’m sure my money will be well spent elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
As a whole the staff here is trash. The guy at the window today shouldn’t be there I couldn’t reach my drink and he didn’t lean forward at all to try and help also my drink didn’t taste good and I told them and they took my cup and said they were going to add more matcha inside instead of just making me a new drink like I asked because that is cross contamination with them touching my lid and straw. I’ve said it before but I mean it this time I am not coming here anymore and they need to hire people that know customer service.

The donuts were very dry and hard. The cashier didn't understand English and added things to my order that I didn't ask for and didn't understand what a AARP discount is when I ordered a six pack of donuts he started to fill the order without asking me what donuts I wanted.Food: 1/5
Order from this place for the first time. All in all it was a good experience good service and good foodKid-friendliness: Kids love the donuts. My daughter loves the grilled cheese ?
Employees don’t know what’s in the drinks and said that a caffeinated drink (non-coffee) was not caffeinated (found out later online). Gave the wrong donut.
The one on central Ave. They are fast when ordering ahead even the drive thru. Their snacking ? extra bomb!!
