Dunkin' - Réservation de table

Man I don't know what is going on, I got a cup of coffee water this morning yep I said what I said the coffee was so far from this pot how dare they call it coffee, there were 4 people around the counter and they were so frazzled you would think the linewas 10 deep, instead of the five people in the line . I ordered over the phone and my order was left on the table to get cold, I was across the street when I ordered so that tells me they are hurrying to fill a single order for coffee even before you comein, so It is cold when you get there,it definitely was not hot before, it is a single cup of coffee I have a order# I show ityou make it not leave it on the counter to get cold and picked ove...

I placed an online order specifically requesting glazed and chocolate glazed munchkins, but when I opened the bag, I found pumpkin munchkins instead. This isn't what I ordered or paid for! The previous day, they didn't have any munchkins besides the pumpkin ones, which makes me suspect they gave me yesterday's leftovers. The least they could have done was check with me when I arrived. I will also be leaving a review on Dunkin's website. This situation is frustrating and unfortunately not the first time it's happened.

So I have made an online order and especially for certain items, such as glazed and chocolate glazed munchkins and when I open the bag, there are pumpkin munchkins like wth! I didn't order that. the day before they had no other munchkins, but they were short, that makes me think they gave me knirps yesterday. at least what they could do is ask me when I came in when it was okay. I also write a review on Dunkins website. that's ridiculous and not the first time.

I told the woman that I didn't want any sugar, but she went ahead and put sugar in my coffee anyway. The two Indian women and the plump Latina were incredibly rude, and I couldn't even get a simple "good morning" from them. The only nice staff members were the tall Latina with glasses and the short Latina who I believe has red hair. Overall, I won't be returning to this place. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a hot vanilla chai and it was absolutely awful! It’s so frustrating that ordering drinks like this can be so hit or miss. Given how pricey their drinks are, they should ensure they taste the way they’re supposed to! It felt like a total waste of money!

I said this stpd lady no sugar. what did she do? the two Indian women and chatting latina are rude. can even get a good morning out of them. the only nice are the big latina with glasses, and the short latina with I believe red haare. I'm not coming back.

I ordered a vanilla shark hot drink and it was terrible! I really dislike that the quality can be so unpredictable, but given how pricey their drinks are, they should ensure they taste right!

I like it , it all depends on the staff as their character dawns, in some places they are good in others they wake up in a bad mood and the attention is terrible Réservez une table maintenant

The place appears unkempt and dirty, and the cashier was incredibly rude. If they don’t want to be working, then why did they take the job?
