Let me start by saying I go here all the time on my way to work In the hospital, never had issues today I order the same thing caramel hot coffee first she gives me tea then I told her I ordered caramel hot coffee and she started screaming saying that sherepeated my order first she had a heavy accent so I don?t know why she?s screaming then she takes the teabag and makes meregular coffee in the same cup as the tea and now I don?t know if I?m drinking coffee or tea my issue was in the wrong order myissue is why are you screaming at the customer mind you she was on the phone in her AirPods the whole time taking the order.
