I also reached out to corporate regarding my issue and have been following up every few days. Each time, I was promised that my complaint would be escalated and that someone would contact me within 24 to 72 hours, but that has yet to happen.
As of today, December 5th, 2021, I can confidently say that this is the worst management team I have ever encountered. I have a screenshot of the activated coupon to back me up. I ordered a large cocoa mocha signature iced latte and a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to be complimentary with the drink purchase. Despite the drive-thru server being aware that the offer didn’t process, they charged me full price for both the drink and the sandwich afte...
the type on the drive through and the dame that made the sandwiches were nice but the two managers were terrible and I had a good note that I activated and apparently did not go through, they was wasting my time by letting me come in after driving thru to *resolve my problem *. the problem was not solved and the only thing I got was was wasting my time and an overweight on my bank account because the credit card (on the DD app) was not applied. I also called since the thema company and call back every few days, they always tell me that the complaining was escalated and someone would reach me in 24 to 72 hours, and that has not happened yet.
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location because they don’t accept T-Mobile Tuesdays $2 Dunkin' codes. The owner told me they only allow one Dunkin' card per transaction. When I asked him to cancel my transaction so I could use my codes correctly, he didn’t return the QR codes. I've never had problems at other Dunkin' locations! I would suggest avoiding this one unless you want to feel like you’re being taken advantage of. Just so you know, I have a family plan with T-Mobile, which is why I have several Dunkin' codes from T-Mobile Tuesdays.
Sam did an amazing job! It was my first time at this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and excellent customer service. It’s impressive to see someone work quickly while still providing top-notch service, especially in a fast-paced environment like this. I could tell she genuinely cares about her customers. She definitely deserves a promotion!

Very pleasant employees who have always embodied professionalism towards patrons. My orders have always been correct and always tastes fresh.Orders depend on the season, this time around we purchased the frozen original, pesto grilled cheese, some munchkins and regular coffee. Every thing was delicious!
I ordered an iced hazelnut latte but first received a hot latte, and then an iced latte that didn't have any hazelnut flavor. I also requested a vanilla chai latte and ended up with a spiced chai from the machine. Make sure to double-check your orders!
I absolutely love my Dunkin' Donuts more than any other coffee place. The staff here are always friendly and know how to treat their customers well. They remember my order without me even having to say it. It's always perfect every time!
This has to be the worst Dunkin in NJ! They had 5 people working the drive thru and no one helping customers at the front of the store. Waiting more than 10 minutes for a simple coffee is unacceptable.

I'm not a big fan of this place because they ran out of crucifixes and no longer sell them since they're too expensive. To be honest, it just doesn't compare to Krispy Kreme. Food rating: 2/5.
I spent $40 at this restaurant, but they forgot half of my order. Make sure to check that everything is included before you leave!
