Waited 20 mins in drive thru for my order. Upon arrival to the window, I asked employee what was taking so long she proceeded to say the staff forgot to make a sandwich for the customer at the window and that he was really slow at it. I than suggested nexttime it would be wise to tell the customer to drive around the front and they can have someone come bring it out once it done.She than tells me if I 'm going to be honest we do whatever we want here . I 've been a customer to dunkin for a long time andI will never come back to this one. If I could give zero stars i would. Not to mention my coffee and sandwich they gave mewasn 't what I ordered!
My friend and I decided to go inside to place our order since the drive-thru line stretched out onto the road. We both ordered lattes, and the staff behind the counter began complaining about our choice to add cream. One of the workers even asked if we really wanted cream, and when we confirmed, she replied with a dramatic "ewwwww." It was very unprofessional; after all, it's her job to make our drinks, not to express her personal opinions. I found her attitude to be rude and inappropriate. If you don't want to be judged for your order, I'd recommend choosing a different place for your coffee.
I wish I could leave a zero out of ten. This establishment never gets orders correct, never puts cream cheese on my bagels, I tried to order a simple signature drink iced with brown sugar cold foam on top and it was 5 minutes of trying to re word it and them just not even listening because they kept changing the order to different drinks instead of just following what I said.
I’m not sure why the lady had an attitude when my drink was made incorrectly! Ahhhh it tastes gross like can I get some frozen coffee with my vanilla ? I should have just got my money back! Every Dunkin’ makes the same drink different it’s very annoying!

I had to wait here while my car was at a local mechanic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was fast, although the passage was busy. It was clean and I had a comfortable chair and a small table for me. You change your menu, so be prepared.

Was on the ride through 12/31 afternoon and Gabbi could not have been more nice! Thank you Gaby and All for being so big (not sure how to name btw folks the sourded breakfast Sammie is delish! Who knew it?!
