This place was better when it first opened.The quality of service has gone way down.lately I been getting stale hard or semi hard bagels.today I ordered extra butter on a everything bagel.not a difficult order but yet today I received a Hard bagel with the appearance of butter.in other words they sold me a hockey puck.i was playing drums off the hood of my car today to show my foreman how hard they were.it was to dangerous to feed to the birds.every Monday and Friday I get a Boston cream donut with my order.someday i would love to eat a boston cream donut from this place that i didnt have to share with the bag it came in.i generally like my donut with the chocolate on top and not stuck to th...
I was upset about this dunkin for awhile because my coffee was not coming out good every single time i came so i stopped coming completely. HOWEVER, Whatever the owner did to update this specific dunkin is 1000%working. The new workers are amazing i have my three favorite people who really go above and beyond. They remember my name, my drink, and make it with love exactly how I like it. If once in a blue moon something tastes a little off they will jump on it and make sure to fix it so fast. I can enjoy my time off now and love to stop in, have a seat , plug in tablet and relax having my coffee. I love this dunkin, they really made a great comeback for me.
I went through the drive thru this morning and have to comment on the young man taking orders. He was so fun and energetic!! I haven’t always had the best service here and today was so different! I could even see the people in the cars behind me with smiles on their faces while waiting to get to the window. Great job and thank you!!!! Keep it up!!!

I ordered door dash that my driver someone managed to botch. I had to re order and called the store so my order would be correct. I just ordered an hour ago which makes my day very bad. Ceramal latte is sour I can’t even drink I garbage it. Egg cheese croissant is cold not even toasted feels like rubber. Hash browns cold too. Everything is feels like old reheated. Such a bad experience with this branch.
I was really disappointed with my experience at DD Sayreville. My Matcha Latte was filled to less than three-quarters of the cup. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend going here.
I went in to buy a dozen donuts, but they didn't seem fresh. I ended up walking out and heading to a different location instead. The selection there was also quite limited.

Christopher brightened my day this morning! I was thrilled to see him on the Dunkin team. He truly made the Dunkin location in Sayreville my favorite!
I JUST ORDER A BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE and a tea and the only thing that was FRESH IS THE TEA. THE BAGEL WAS NOT FRESH AND WAS HARD AS A ROCK.
