I recently dined at this restaurant and encountered a mix-up with my order thanks to my mobile app. My macchiato was made with whole milk instead of oat milk, which is necessary for my dairy-free diet. Fortunately, a staff member behind the counter noticed the mistake and generously provided me with a new macchiato made with oat milk at no extra cost. I truly appreciated his kindness, and for that reason, I'm giving him a five-star review!
Always a favorite of mine! They serve a great big coffee, and as someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I really appreciate their gluten-free brownies. I always enjoy their coffee at home as well. This place is a winner for me—I've never found anywhere else quite like it!
Even with a preorder, the service was incredibly slow. I waited 15 minutes for my meal, which they seemingly had already prepared but hadn’t bagged or set aside. They clearly struggle with handling this volume of orders. Overall, I’d rate it a 3 out of 5.
The service was quick and efficient, and the food was fresh. However, I noticed some off-duty employees lounging around, which distracted the staff who were trying to work. Additionally, the emergency exit door was locked. Réservez une table maintenant
Same experience as others.. poor!. Got drive thru order wrong and basically accused me of lying. Poor service, straight up nasty!
The staff here are incredibly friendly! My orders are consistently correct and prepared in a timely manner.
