Yessenia's attitude was extremely rude. They mixed up our order but charged us the correct amount. When I asked if they could fix it, she replied, "This is not my problem; you need to talk to the person who took your order." The guy next to her confirmed her response, leaving me standing there with my sandwich for several minutes without any further assistance. We decided to sit back down and wait to see if they would call us, but eventually, we got up again to inquire whether they would be remaking it. The other staff members were fine, but Yessenia’s rudeness stood out, and I noticed two other customers experiencing the same issue with their orders within that 15-minute span.

I can only give this place two stars for cleanliness and convenience. The Hispanic girl at the counter was dismissive and uninterested in answering my questions. When I inquired about the new cookie butter cold brew, she seemed completely indifferent. I decided to order it anyway, but to my disappointment, it was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend that drink unless perhaps it was just poorly made by the person who prepared it.

I took a late-night break from work and picked up a bagel twist and a latte. When I returned to the office, I was disappointed to find that the bagel twist was undercooked and still doughy. I had to throw it away. Typically, their food is baked to perfection, but tonight was a letdown. Food: 1, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts the dark-haired boy doesn't listen and I even shout into the speaker and he still says I didn't hear, but how is he going to listen if he has iPhone headphones on, just as he is going to listen to the hearing aid where the food is ordered Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered two stale bagels and found the hazelnut coffee to be just average. All of this cost me over $8. For the details: I got takeout for breakfast, and the price per person was between $1 and $10. I'd rate the food a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.

The staff member was friendly, but this is the second time I've been disappointed with my iced chai latte; it wasn't what I ordered. Service was great for takeout, but the food quality was lacking. I'd rate the food a 1 and the service a 5.

Since the renovation, this Dunkin' Donuts has truly improved. The manager and staff are friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant experience. The place is well-maintained, and the new layout is fantastic.

Sit at drive thru for at least 5 min before recognition only to be told to drive up to window to place order. Revamping the outside has not changed the customer service inside
