This Dunkin' Donuts franchise is one of the worst I've encountered. The coffee is rarely brewed properly, and it seems there are only 2-3 employees capable of making a decent cup. Ashley stands out as a vital asset to the team; she should be promoted immediately. She is friendly, attentive, and genuinely connects with customers over their coffee orders. Unfortunately, many of the other employees often create long lines and inconsistently brew coffee. I took my friend’s dad, who runs a smaller operation at the nearby hospital, because I figured his son is too busy to take him out. The old man loves coffee and jelly donuts, and thankfully my GPS directed us to a Dunkin' Donuts on our route in Mt. Vernon. I’ve got to give credit to the staff; despite the busy atmosphere, they work efficiently to get people in and out. There’s limited seating inside, but I just wanted to grab and go, so that didn’t matter to me. My hot chocolate was decent, and I appreciated that they’re open 24/7.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor service from one of the male staff members. He attempted to mislead me regarding one of the deals offered on the app. Additionally, I noticed flies on the donuts, and when I pointed it out, that same staff member laughed it off. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place. XOXO.

Used to be good until these employees who barely speak English by the way. One threatening me by being on the phone to call the cops when you wanted to use their bathroom. Rather recommend being in another Dunkin than this one. Update: best to enter inthe morning since some different people work there and are more friendly. Réservez une table maintenant

I recommend avoiding this location if you're considering placing a mobile order through the app, as they seem to get it wrong every time. I ordered my favorite breakfast meal and ended up receiving the wrong meats. It was a complete waste of time, especially when I was in a hurry.

First time at this location (I live in Yonkers and I swear it was the BEST experience I?ve ever had a coffee shop. Dunkin? give Amil a raise! Im an avid Starbucks drinker but I?ll switch up if service was always this great. Such a pleasant experience!

They overcharged me and consistently fail to prepare my order correctly. It would be helpful if they hired staff who understand English. I always order the same thing, and the repeated mistakes have made it pointless for me to continue coming here.

What can I say? The ice cream at Dunkin' is absolutely delicious and always brightens my day. The staff is incredibly nice and cheerful, which adds to the great experience. I couldn't ask for more, and I'm always excited to visit this place! Réservez une table maintenant

they overload u and they do not know how to make their order right. how to rent ppl, who understands English. I get the same order all the time and because they always screw up my order, it doesn't make any sense to come here anymore.

Bad service from one of the men working there. He tried to scam me with one of the deals from the app. And theirs flies on the donuts. I mentioned it and that exact man laughed. Wouldn’t recommend honestly xoxo.
