I had a really disappointing experience this morning at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 349 Noxon Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. The employee, Maritza, was unhelpful and refused to provide me with my receipt, insisting that "nobody ever asks for a receipt" and that it wasn't a big deal. However, I needed it as I had made a purchase. When I requested a cup holder, she incorrectly claimed that they didn't have any. I went inside the store and found a whole stack of them, which was frustrating. This type of attitude is unacceptable, and unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this Dunkin' Donuts.
The manager of this store, Maritza is the worst manager that could ever exist. Very unacceptable behavior that she possesses as a manager. She steals sales from customers by charging items that the customer does not order, has an attitude at the customers, and her employees which I was told are her sons are very rude and disrespectful. I was charged for double the items I purchased, and was refused to be given a receipt. She made a big deal about a small drink and curses customers out. She needs to be fired and appropriate action should be taken. Worst experience at this Dunkin’ location.

I placed my order, but I noticed that they served 5 or 6 cars in the drive-thru before attending to my order. When I raised my concerns, they told me that they prioritize the drive-thru orders and mentioned a sign, which I did not see. One lesson I took away from this is to wait until after I receive my food to tip. - Bruce P.
Coffee is usually cold. Taste horrible. Most of the staff are incompetent. I go to this dunkin because it's down the road from where I live, not going here anymore. I would rather drive 15 minutes to a different one. I was there last night. I ordered a large coffee, he gave me a medium, I handed it back and said I ordered a large. He took the medium and poured it into a large and gave it back to me...seriously!! Smh. Worse dunkin I've ever been too. Réservez une table maintenant
This place is awful. I went there for a hot chocolate and a coffee. The hot chocolate I ordered for my son tasted spoiled, and my coffee had a terrible flavor, like dirty water. It felt like they hadn't changed the coffee beans in a long time, as if they were reusing them. I also saw a worker drinking from a cup and trying to hide it while licking their fingers, which was really off-putting.
another Sunday waiting for my eating 6 people working a kant get order right or in the time I did order also a donut plus bagel and no fonut in bag...Person waiting before me, so long wanted her money back. that is not new why is manager in the spatial areas? so a long line outside I decided to go in big mistakes.really this place needs some administration safe
This place is awful. I stopped going here because it is filthy. Another customer posted a video of roaches crawling all over and now today, I stopped to get gas and saw rats running all around the dumpsters. Based on the number, they have a serious infestation. Hopefully this place gets shut down before someone gets sick!
first my order is never right. but it is on the way to work so that I continue to stop and hope that the person can do it right. drinks are almost on a daily basis false, my underwriting latte was ice cold when I ordered it hot, whipped cream was put on wrong drink completely, several people at my job come to this place and get their order screwed very often, crazy that nothing done management wise .
